What happened?

Finally, my critically acclaimed second annual super duper morons of the year list. This year, 2013, has been particularly a fruitful year for morons. They have risen to the highest levels of public office, are super rich, and have achieved the zenith of celebrity status. Here is the abridged list since I have no place for simple morons: 10. Toronto Maple Leafs They were ahead 4-1 in Game 7 against them ugly bruins. You can't be serious. You choke in the last period. Incredible! They might as well join the Chicago Cubs as the sad sacks of sports. 9. Stephen Harper- He keeps focusing on cutting the bureaucracy in other words services for Canadians, and at the same time increase spending on military equipment. Nice priorities. We are lagging behind the USA as the Harperites concentrate on selling our tar sands. Not to mention the end of the gun registry, increased spending on prisons, etc etc etc. By the way did Harper hear of Watergate, the cover-up was the big issue cough canadian

We are in December a month before Team Canada is chosen. Time to decide. If the trend remains the same these are my choices. To be perfectly clear,  Steve Stamkos would have been on my team. I am basing these choices on the assumption he will not be ready.                          My goalies are in no particular order Roberto Luongo, Carey Price, and Corey Crawford. Luongo should get the start for the opener. He is the defending gold medal goalie and his job has to be taken away. However, as Brodeur was given the hook after a bad game in the last Olympics, the same should be done to the inconsistent Luongo. Carey Price has been nothing short of spectacular this year. I still have my doubts he can come through in big games. He has not proven much since his victories in the World Juniors and the AHL. Canada may have no option but to throw him in and hope for the best if Luongo bombs. Corey Crawford should be there because he is the defending Stanley Cup goalie and he is with a team that
